Greg Doersching will share consistent strategies for continuous business development and candidate recruitment, to include methodologies for sequencing tools and deployment of international sourcing capabilities.
  • Week 2: Erin Bent, Senior Director of Hiring / Training / Professional Development (75 mins):When is the right time to hire? Who should you hire? What should you pay, and should they be local, national, or international? How should you manage? All will be covered with Erin Bent as you begin to map out the team that is required to build around you to support a robust database, continuous marketplace engagement, and perpetual persuasion.
  • Week 2: Coach Call (45 mins): Your Coach Greg Doersching will work with you in any areas of need to maximize effective absorption of the content and concepts shared by our team throughout the program.
  • Week 3: Christine Geiger, Senior Advisor Client Success (75 mins): A thorough and differentiating search process can separate you from the competition while increasing overall effectiveness. While no two firms execute the same nor should sound identical, it is important to have systems, forms, templates, and scripts that are effective and that you feel confident putting into action. Christine Geiger will audit core current materials and share examples of others to consider incorporating as you build a robust and thorough best practices library.
  • Week 3: Coach Call (45 mins):Continued dialogue with Coach Greg Doersching.
  • Week 4: Greg Doersching and Karen Schmidt, President of Sanford Rose Associates (75 mins):After evaluating your current state and desired future potential, this call will advise on the immediately implementable changes and the strategic long-term initiatives to help create the foundation and framework for the future firm you desire to build.
