Our flexible approach has no long-term commitments, minimizing the risk of a bad hire!
Includes:
- 90-minute Discovery Call with Greg Doersching: This is a personal discovery call with Greg to learn the intricacies of your firm and how hiring globally could help grow your business. The last 30 minutes are built to be more tailored towards a traditional intake call to discuss your search and the type of candidate(s) you are looking for.
- Pre-Screened and Ready Candidates: We deliver pre-screened and trained candidates, minimizing any ramp-up time. Cold-calling experience is a key focus in the training process for any lead generation candidate, ensuring that your new hires are ready to contribute from Day 1 without hesitation.
- Customize Hiring Process: The program streamlines recruitment by starting with an intake call to learn about your firm’s needs, managing the screening and scheduling process, and assisting with onboarding and training. This allows you to focus on continuing to run your business.
- 30-Minute Coaching Call: In-depth coaching call with Greg Doersching or Erin Bent to create a customized Onboarding, Training & Expectations Roadmap for your new hires. This custom-built roadmap will be essential in helping you effectively train and implement your global employees.
